“A lot of other yoga videos I’ve found have been too fast where I didn’t get to settle into the pose at all, didn’t describe how to get correct form enough, or didn’t have a beginning and end just jumped into it. This video was the perfect speed, had great instruction, and I loved that it started with some laying down and breathing and ended with shavasana like a real practice/class would. I also found the difficulty to be perfect and very similar to yoga classes that I’ve been to”

“I loved it! I was out all day mostly and tired as this had to be a late night workout and it took everything for me to get on my mat. Usually with power yoga it’s intense and I love the traditional workout burn but being tired and hence so late I just wasn’t feeling being over vigorous! This was just right and I connected with his energy soothing,relaxing,chill but effective! His great!”
